At Lectric eBikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if you're not completely happy, you can return your eBike within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Please note that all returns must be in like-new condition and are subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated customer support team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the eBike

Carefully repack the eBike and all original components into the original Lectric shipping box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to be securely attached to the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

After our technicians inspect the returned item for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
